The SUGI Concept for Esthetic Implant Restoration is to place the implant where is possible to add the pressure then create the continuity of the cervical line and interdental papilla. To secure the tissue which is possible to support the pressure and compensate a tissue volume. To induce the shape of the soft tissue surrounding the implants Finally to sustain the shape of it and the maintenance by reconstruction one tooth by one implant and to place the final supra structure without cement.
I will present a posterior maxilla reconstruction case to approaching the SUGI Concept.
